Custom 3D Printed Case for Samsung Galaxy A52 I designed a custom protective case for the Samsung Galaxy A52 using Autodesk Inventor. The design was tailored to precisely fit the phone’s dimensions, including cutouts for the camera module, charging port, volume and power buttons, and speaker grilles. Special attention was given to the ergonomics, ensuring both comfort and accessibility. The modeling process involved reverse-engineering the phone’s physical dimensions and translating them into a 3D CAD model. Once finalized, the case was exported and fabricated using 3D printing with durable PETG filament. The printed case was tested for fitting accuracy, button responsiveness, and overall durability. This project enhanced my skills in CAD design, precision modeling, and prototyping using additive manufacturing methods.
