This is a custom CAD Battery Enclosure made in Fusion360. This was made for the BCA SolarKnights Competitive Solar Team. I made this with accessibility and safety in mind: creating tough handles, sliding walls, and a rail insert on the bottom. There is even room for fans for convection cooling and spaces for wires and mounting a BMS, LCD Panel, and other necessary electronics. The case is also completely modular, allowing for easy use and transportation. The entire case is made of wood, however, any material can be used within reason, and it boasts a spacious interior, allowing for battery packs of various sizing and proportion.
