Custom Suspension Linkage YT Tues downhill MTB · 模型 10255
This is a custom suspension linkage with a changed shock mount setup that I designed and manufactured for my own and later also for my sister's 2017 and 2018 YT Tues DH bikes. Our bikes are sizes S and L respectively. The linkage fits for all sizes of the 2015 to 2018 Tues AL. The Tues' original suspension works great when you weigh 65+ kg. We were (and still are :) ) much lighter, so I revised the suspension to make it adaptable for riders of 40+ kg. Since many people asked about details and background we made a video that explains the suspension and shows the design process, stress simulation, CAM process and manufacturing (CNC milling).
