A custom-designed, modular mechanism for winding wire, thread, or tissue into specific textures and patterns. The assembly consists of a main cylindrical core, two end-caps featuring an array of winding pegs, and standard central fasteners (bolt/nut) for structural integrity. The circular arrangement of the pegs allows the material to be woven or wound into precise geometric textures. As seen in the attached photos, a successful production prototype has been manufactured using an SLA (resin) 3D printer, and all assembly tolerances have been verified. Ideal for custom winding jigs, textile experimentation, or specialized maker projects.
