CWB - A PLAnt Ringspinner CWB is a PLAnt ringspinner designed for the Repeat Open PLAnt Challenge, inspired by my fairyweight combat robot, Poof. The idea behind CWB is to create a distinctive-looking combat robot that catches people's attention, especially those who are less familiar with the world of robot combat. The robot uses the components included in the Repeat Open PLAnt Bundle, along with custom 3D-printed parts. Specifications - Type: PLAnt ringspinner - Weapon motor: Repeat Direct Drive 2822 V3 - Drive motors: 2× Repeat Mini Brushed Mk2 4 mm - Electronics: F-06A receiver, Spinner 35A ESC, Budget Ant Dual ESC, Repeat Screw Switch, and 380 mAh 3S battery - Printed parts: PLA+, 6 parts in total, including a custom wheel hub that allows the 30.4 mm wheels to mount directly onto the drive motor shafts - Final weight: 447,34 g, using the recommended 3D-printing settings Included Files - STEP assembly file - Renders - Step-by-step assembly instructions with photos - Recommended 3D-printing settings, including wall count, infill, and brim - Individual part weights and a complete parts list All parts are printed in PLA+ (any color you like). The recommended printing settings were chosen based on the total weight of the electronics, aiming to achieve the ideal weight for each part and maximize competitiveness. The minimum and maximum weight values provided in the printing notes are for reference only. Please follow the specified number of walls for each part.
