This is a basic level part that helps you practice your machining in CAM software. This part has basic machinable features that should be pretty easy to understand and do. Now, the manufacturability of the part goes: Take a cylindrical block. Hold it in a 3-jaw chuck on a milling bed. Load the tool and mill some chips out. If you have a mill-turn machine or a turn-mill machine, it would still be possible to machine it if you had a suitable post-processor.
