I designed it to power up three Pi 5. You can buy cheaper DC adapter (12V 8-10A) and use 3 chips to convert 12V to 5V 5A (Mini560 DC-DC based on 4R7). Plug adapter to the station (via 5.5x2.5, DC-099 pin-port), plug Pi(s) to the station either (via USB-C). The benefits from a USB-power station is price, and no energy gap due to power level negotiation. Use cooler 40mm (e.g Noctua), and 3 x M3x10 screws to attach top part with bottom. Oh, and don't forget about the dust filter when installing the cooler and glue copper radiators (10mm) to 4R7.
