I obtained this shape by taking a dodecahedron and extruding each of its faces inward to obtain prisms with a pentagonal cross-sectional profile and whose opposite ends extend out further than the extent the opposite side of the dodecahedron. Then taking all of the resulting prisms and intersecting them all together.
