This project is a highly detailed CAD reconstruction of a compact brushed DC gear motor designed for small robotic and mechatronic applications. The model was created by individually designing and assembling the main components of the motor and its reduction gearbox. Particular attention was given to the internal gear train, with each gear modeled separately to reproduce the geometry, proportions, and arrangement of the original mechanism. The complete assembly includes the DC motor body, reduction gearbox housing, individual reduction gears, shafts, gear supports, output shaft, end covers, mounting features, and electrical connection terminals. Small mechanical details were also incorporated to make the model as representative of the physical motor as possible.
