So, this Project analyses and describes the steps of fixture design, some important considerations while designing, Selection of optimal location for fixturing elements locators and clamps. The result of the fixture design has made more reasonable, efficient, reliable, hydraulic fixture reduced cycle time required for loading and unloading of part and operational time, multi functional, increases productivity, high quality of operation, reduce accidents.
