First I made a 2d sketch of half the pen except the clip at the end. Then I revolve base extruded the sketch into the pen shape. The last part I sketched was the clip, I made a sketch from the side and extruded it in two directions, then I finished things up with fillet and chamfer on the edges then colored in the pen.
