Dishwasher Upper Basket Rail End Clip / Stopper · 模型 50
This is a replacement part for the upper basket rail end clips of a dishwasher. The original part (gray) is made of POM and often tends to break or get lost over time, causing the basket to slide out of the rails. I have reverse-engineered and redesigned this part to be 3D printable. The green part in the photos is the printed version, which has been tested and fits perfectly with the rail system. Function: Prevents the upper dishwasher basket from falling off the rails. Material Recommendation: Since it will be exposed to high temperatures and water, PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended. (Avoid PLA as it will soften and deform during the wash cycle). Printing Tip: Printed with a small layer height for better clip flexibility and durability.
