DIY 80mm Spindle - Plunge Router Conversion for template routing · 模型 116436
A conversion kit to convert an 80mm spindle into a plunge router. I designed it so that a CNC spindle can be used to template route aluminum plates to "boot strap" a DIY CNC machine using minimal tools and 3D printed routing templates. Also, depending on the CNC machine being made the spindle, linear rails and guide blocks can be "borrowed" from the hardware purchased for the CNC build, thus saving some capital investment. Drawn in FreeCAD.
