Just copied from the figure attached. This is untested, used Aluminum and Steel and Rubber in between clamps and beam, and Foam for padding. Used wing nut so the covering can be opened and closed easily while changing the beam height. Things I need more: Dimensions: dimensions of padding (the side touching the user), width of beam (overall size and the points touching the machine's supports), size of bolts and nuts, what standard to follow in general and for threads etc. FEA: minimum FOS, materials for bar, for clamps, etc.
