A compact servo-actuated payload release mechanism designed for small UAV/drone applications. The mechanism uses an MG90S metal-gear servo motor to rotate a keyed shaft and disengage the locking latch, allowing controlled payload deployment. The design prioritizes simplicity, low weight, ease of manufacturing, and reliable operation. Note: The MG90S servo CAD model included in the assembly was obtained from GrabCAD and belongs to its original creator. It is included only as a reference component. All other mechanism components were designed by me.
