Each dart has a radio signal and light beacon inside to tag an area where a camera on a drone has spotted a problem or concern. The needle end of the dart would be a solid piece with weight to ensure the dart drops needle first. The dart would be sticking out of the ground, this allows a farmer to locate the problem day or night. There is a cable system inside the tubing. When activated, one side of the fixtures cable is pulled and the pin holding the dart is then retracted. The dart falls with the needle falling first. Note: The fixture may need to be mounted inline to alleviate the counter balance problem when one dart is dropped.
