The process of creating a mouse using surface features in SolidWorks is carried out through several stages. First, sketches are created on several planes such as the Top Plane, Right Plane, and Front Plane, which serve as references for the basic shape of the mouse. Next, features like Surface Loft or Boundary Surface are used to generate the mouse’s surface. After that, a refinement stage is performed to improve the shape. Then, the model is mirrored using the Mirror feature to ensure symmetry between the right and left sides. All the created surfaces are then combined using Knit Surface into a single unified body and converted into a solid using the Thicken feature. In the final stage, finishing is carried out by adding details such as click buttons, a scroll wheel, and fillets to smooth the edges, resulting in a more realistic and ergonomic mouse design.
