Dual Cam Shuffler for The Wall pt 2 · 模型 262620
A speedy dual cam shuffling mechanism for my 4.5lb beetle weight bot The Wall Pt 2. It uses a just cuz 1000kv 2306.5 brushless motor with a just cuz 11t mod 0.8 pinion. The gears and frame are alloy 910 nylon, while the cams and legs are tpu. The guard around the legs is PLA pro. The cleats were spring steel, but I'm going to try titanium. It uses six 25mm Inner Dia 37mm OD 7mm Bore ball bearings per side on the cams, and four 5mm Inner Dia 10mm OD 4mm Bore ball bearings inside the 45t gears. The hex cutouts accommodate 3omm m4 female to female standoffs.
