Autumn is the season for flying stunt kites! So I decided to share a model for winding and unrolling the kite line. Two pieces of this DUAL-SPOOL are also perfectly suitable for steering the stunt kite. For fastening and fixing the kite line on this DUAL-SPOOL, have a look at photos I've added to the gallery. For a possible 3D printing choose thermosetting plastics. To be on the safe side, you should make a FEM-Analysis, for checcking the strength of the "hook". The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.stp), STL-file (.stl) and the native file (.prt), as a (.7z)-file, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
