Print them out of nylon. Open ended C clip style so they can be removed and installed without disconnecting the tie rod end. I swap these on and off my car as needed when going from wide tires with low clearance to skinnier tires. Replace the clamp on the tie rod boot with a zip tie and they can be installed or removed in minutes.
