Hi, from many years I have been receiving requests to develop an easy cycloidal gear generator in English. Here you got it. It is fully open to customization. Just put yours values in excel file and open cycloidal wheel part. It will make all annoying math automatically. And its easy this time. You need: 1. Zip 2. Excel 3. Solid Works 2017 Instruction: 1. Unzip EASY_CYCLOIDAL_GEAR_GENERATOR.zip to folder 2. Open Cycloidal wheel calculations.xlsx 3. Edit walues in yellow cells until satisfying results and save file 4. Open Cycloidal wheel.SLDPRT. 5. If not satisfying close Cycloidal wheel.SLDPRT and reedit Excel repeating steps 2-5 This is rough design with wheel only with sketches of the rest tribes. But you're clever guys. This is all needed for us to design the gear but this time in easy version. ;) Let me know if any bugs.
