A surface body model of a double acting Eaton brand conveyor belt trip switch. Also known as a pull switch or emergency pull switch. A device that is interlocked electrically with the conveyor belt drive power supply. When the trip switch is activated, provided correctly interlocked, will trip and cut of the power supply to a conveyor belt drive. Usually tied-in with each other with suspended steel wire rope.
