This was designed after a woodworking marking tool to keep edge distances for sheet metal applications. I tried to make a smaller version that could be used to fit a Pigma Micron 05 marker which is close to .31" diameter near the tip. This is designed to fit heat-set inserts. The clamping hole is modeled after a 1/4"-20 insert (Max OD .315"). The slide stop hole is modeled after a 3/8"-16 insert (Max OD .469"). You may have to make some adjustments for tolerances. This was printed on a Flashforge AD5m Pro with Polymaker ASA without issue. My preferences have the bed temp at 100°C, and filament at 265°C with 50mm/s speed. Hope this is useful for you.
