The dimensions are from my own measurements. The rotating mecanism is a pure fiction albeit based on an educated guess. I've purchased this part from my French retailer and I found out that EKWB apparently made a new revision. It is still 18 mm high but the diameter is plain 20 mm instead of 18,8 mm (as stated on their website). The outer ring (the one with male G1/4 thread) is milled so that it is possible to tighten the extender in a female threaded socket using a flat 18 mm wrench. Nor EKWB neither my retailer have updated pictures on their websites, however some eBay sellers do publish photos corresponding to the part I have. Even though, they still indicate an incorrect diameter of 18,8 mm so beware if such a small difference may matter - I cannot say if the old (or perhaps another version) of this part is still in retail channels. A 9 mm hex socked is present but on the INNER ring (the one with female thread) so one cannot use an Allen key to screw the extender to a female socket. Still, it would be useful in some rare cases where one needs to screw the extender to a part with male thread. This is probably why they made possible using a wrench so that you can still fasten the extender to a female threaded part.
