As a solution to the challenge, I propose a system integration of two subsystems: The Restraint Articulated Arm functions as a device to which astronauts can fix themselves while in cero gravity, and can also be folded into a chair for its use in any gravity field. The purpose of the Electric Powered Mobility System is to provide a fine positioning to the astronaut using the Restraint Articulated Arm while in cero gravity, and to function as an elevator between decks for the astronauts while the spacecraft is landed.
