To gain precise control over braking processes, the electromechanical braking system integrates electrical and mechanical components. This cutting-edge technology modulates braking force using electric actuators rather than conventional hydraulic systems, which improves responsiveness and dependability. The electromechanical braking system makes maintenance easier, decreases weight, and eliminates the possibility of fluid leaks by doing away with the requirement for hydraulic fluid and its accompanying components. Currently, electromechanical braking systems, sometimes referred to as the EPB (Electric Park braking) on the market, are available for use with conventional "wet" in hydraulic brake systems. The benefit of this type of brake system is the fact that it responds significantly faster than conventional braking systems, resulting in a vehicle's stopping distance being much shorter than with other braking systems. We created a model of a system that may be utilized as a service module for both the front and rear brakes. Featuring electromechanical brake systems on both the front and back axles, this is a practical "high-end" alternative for modern automotive braking systems. Compared to other ball screw devices on the market, the system we have devised is far more dependable and affordable. The electromechanical braking system's smooth integration with contemporary vehicle control systems, such as electronic stability control (ESC) and anti-lock braking systems (ABS), is one of its main advantages. This integration provides improved functionality, such as regenerative braking, which increases overall energy efficiency by recovering some of the braking energy and using it to replenish the vehicle's battery. The electromechanical braking system, a sign of innovation and advancement in the automobile industry, offers a bright future for brakes that are more intelligent, dependable, and environmentally friendly.
