evoc patrol buckle · 模型 7741
My buckle of the top lid was broken, so I rebuild it in SW. The file was printed with a Prusa MKS3 in PETG 0,15mm layer thickness and supports just on the base. I print the file naow without supports and bridging works fine. The 01 version has a 1mm wider opening for the strap. So it´s a little bit easier to get the strap through the holes. The conditions are pretty tought in my case. Weather, and loads and the buckle breaks every 6-8 months I guess. So it works pretty good with basic PETG. If the other part of the buckle will fail. I may add a printable version as well.
