The Tutorial and ALL support files are uploaded. This is how you can make solids out of shaded maps. I have chosen to make a pendent with a map, which can also be 3D printed. The original file is written by Mr, Kheradpir (https://grabcad.com/kamyar-2) I just translated it to Farsi under his supervision. He did it with Solid Edge and I myself did with Catia.
