This is a long reach tool designed to help users safely open, close, pull down, and secure overhead panels, hatches, or handles without needing to overextend or climb. The design is has a hole at the bottom U section for a padlock, to lock onto the rung of a ladder, as well as a C section to hook onto the rungs of a hatch. It has a handle on the side to operate. The C section and the U section is intended to be welded to the main pole; the handle can be made of a less rigid material like a strong plastic in order better user experience.
