Many people have problems with how dry foods are packaged. For example when you get to the bottom a container of peanuts or cereal there is an excess amount or broken pieces, crumbs, salt, and seasoning. By adding a filter at the bottom of the container and improving the shape of the container allows it to be better tailored to the user. The filter on the bottom contains a slide that allows certain sized pieces to fall through to the bottom of the container and stay. This invention benefits society in that it saves time for the user from having to sift through the dust just to finish the contents. This also saves food from being thrown out because when a person gets to the bottom of the container they are likely to throw out whatever is left, including some perfectly good snacks. Whereas, the smaller, unwanted parts are automatically separated and ready to be thrown out. This design is smart yet simple and is constructed with not much more plastic than the average container. In addition, the shape of the container will also be altered; the top wider and the bottom narrower so that the flow of the food will be down. This feature also better allows for a hand to be fit in and reach any desired pieces. Overall, this product will alleviate any trouble and time waste associated with the normal containers.
