Description This project contains a highly detailed 3D model of the Exway Atlas battery pack together with a practical engineering repair and diagnostic manual based on a real-world failure investigation. The battery model was created using measurements taken directly from the original battery assembly and includes both external and internal pack architecture. In addition to the CAD model, this project includes a comprehensive engineering document covering: • Real failure symptoms observed during riding • System architecture explanation (Battery / BMS / ESC) • Diagnostic methodology • BMS fault isolation procedure • A/B testing process • Self-diagnostic checklist • Battery pack configuration (12S3P, 36×21700) • Smart BMS replacement procedure • Wiring diagrams • Recommended safety settings • Post-repair verification methods This is not an official Exway service manual.
