This is a Formula 1 engine mainly base on the V10 made in 2000's. It's a 10 cylinders arranged in a V open at 90° with a displacement of 3 liters. It has 40 valves with a pneumatic spring system. Of course the camshafts are gear driven from the crankshaft. The lubrication system is a dry sump with scavenging pump and a centrifugor. The main pump feed the oil trough the gallery to the oil squirters and the mains elements. The throttle is hydraulicaly actuated like the intake trumpets. With is architecture who hyper squarred and all the elements cited above, the engine can technically reach the 20000 rpm. It weigth around 88kg in the FIA weight config and 99 kilo in the state you download it. It took axproximatively 6 and half month to design it. The AS connector are coming from the 3D catalog of TE Connectivity. The sensors are based on the Magneti Marelli, 2D Data Recording and Texense ones. The hydraulic and air couplings are comming from the 3D catalog of Holmbury. The alternator is based on the Magneti Marelli SAF 45 and the 3d is made by Zhenya Serikov. The engine and is related drawings are my intelectual proterty. You can use on your personal project otherwise you need to ask permission. The engine can be download unassemble.
