I designed the canopy over the given frame which I downloaded from GrabCAD named as F450 Frame as mentioned by you. LINK : https://grabcad.com/library/f450-quadcopter- frame-1/details?folder id=14174953 _ My canopy is inspired from a tear drop shape which is aerodynamic shape and that’s why I have chosen it for my design with the length 65mm and also provided the mounting holes to insert and tighten the screws easily from above. Also my air intake for cooling are available in the front of the canopy so that the airflow can enter directly from those 4 intakes.I designed an elliptical forward-facing air intake integrated into the curved canopy surface. The intake uses smooth, aerodynamic geometry cut directly into the Form body, allowing airflow to enter efficiently while maintaining structural strength and aesthetics. The opening faces forward, ensuring cooling airflow is directed toward the flight controller and electronics during flight.
