I designed this face shield after receiving a request from a pediatrician working with two of our local hospitals. It is a work in progress but it is far enough along that others may find it helpful. I am working on cleaner versions of the files and will update this as time allows. The clear shield is 3/64" polycarbonate, 10.25" x 10". The head piece must be modified to accept other thicknesses. I will work on making those configurations in the updated files. I can also make a flat pattern for the sheet, but I simply score the edges, bend it to snap it loose, then round and sand the lower corners.
