A detailed CAD assembly of a finned-tube heat exchanger intended for an air-conditioning application, modelled in SOLIDWORKS. The model includes a stacked fin arrangement, tubing with return bends, end plates and support rods. Individual components were created and assembled to practise part modelling, sheet-metal features, component patterns and assembly relationships. The fins provide additional surface area for heat exchange between the tubing and the surrounding air. This project focuses on the geometry and assembly construction; thermal performance and manufacturing suitability have not been verified. Shared for educational use, CAD reference and constructive feedback.
