I designed this biochar kiln to be cut from 1 standard 1200mm x 2400mm sheet of 5mm thick mild steel. The shield around the kiln is made from either flat or corrugated steel 1.4 mm thick. This makes a 350 liter biochar (Charcoal) making kiln. All cuts are straight making it an easy community build or for the DIYer.
