Convention style reel made to hold a roll of toilet paper or paper towel. The two 8mm rods can be supplemented with steel/aluminum rods from a local hardware store. The center rod can supplemented with a similar size PVC pipe from the local hardware store. This model is missing the nut for the end of the handle.
