Made this during the 2015 National TSA Conference - CAD 3D, Engineering Drafting event. I was given 4 hours to develop a CAD model and assembly for this fixture. Placed 4th in the nation. The device, as far as I can tell uses cams to slide a connecting rod into alignment and has multiple springs to keep tension on the bar as it is drilled. Included with the files is a pdf scan of the competition's problem packet.
