Its a concept model of a Flying motorcycle. The main motorbike was downloaded from Grabcad but I dont know the designer. By adjusting propellers in such a way that the motorcycle can actually fly. The motors installed will have really high HP. There are many other concepts lying around on the internet so here is one more.
