This project is an ultra-lightweight and aerodynamic flying wing design. The entire airframe is planned to be manufactured using a 3D printer with LW-PLA material. According to preliminary calculations, the net takeoff weight is estimated to be 0.730 kg. Planned components: Motor: EMAX 2207 ECO2 (1900 KV or 2400 KV) ESC: Skywalker 50A ESC Battery: 4S LiPo, 1500 mAh (approx. 200 g) Receiver: FlySky FS-iA6B Gyro: HobbyEagle A3 V2 or autopilot components Servos: MG90 (or equivalent Savöx servos) Control linkages for the aileron and rudder surfaces have not been modeled; 1.5 mm diameter steel pushrods can be used for control transmission. The model is named AOS-UL4, which stands for “Angel of Sky Ultra-Light Mk 4.” The name AOS is derived from ULUFLIGHT, a Turkish UAV team that we founded in 2024. Respectfully.
