A foldable fan blade design for 3-6V DC motor, which can be 3D printed easily with minimum number of supports. The fan blade is designed such that the the fan blade will fold like a card when the fan is not operating and under the rotational and centrifugal force, the blade open up creating a working fan blade. Its a 3 part design - the outer blade, the inner blade and then the security ring (assembled in the similar fashion)
