There is a small plastic piece of junk, which holds Ford rack roof rails in position. Pretty easy to overtighten, than it wont move anywhere. After months of not using it, the plastic deforms to a position, that despite of unlocking it wont release the rails. I fed up wasting hours of my life to get the roof rails to work, so draw this replacement part, which should hold for the lifetime of the car. This one should be created from aluminium (almgsi1 or similar)
