Four Cylinder Engine A · 模型 75995
This project focuses on the detailed design and modeling of a compact 4-cylinder internal combustion engine using AutoCAD for 2D drafting and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and simulation. The goal is to create a highly efficient, lightweight engine that balances performance and durability, suitable for small-scale applications such as motorcycles, compact cars, or portable generators. In AutoCAD, the project began with precise 2D technical drawings of the engine's core components, including the cylinder block, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, and valve system. These drawings ensured accurate dimensions and tolerances, laying the foundation for the 3D model. In SolidWorks, the 2D designs were transformed into a fully realized 3D assembly. The software's advanced tools allowed for the creation of intricate parts, such as the engine's cooling fins, intake/exhaust ports, and connecting rods. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was utilized to simulate stress, heat, and motion, ensuring the engine's reliability under operational conditions. This project showcases a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a passion for innovation in engine design. It serves as a testament to the potential of combining traditional drafting techniques with modern 3D modeling to create efficient and functional mechanical systems.
