FRC KOP Chassis Butterfly Upgrade V2 · 模型 124498
This is a my second version of a butterfly style FRC chassis. Many of the improvements were inspired by comments I got when I posted V1 on the Chief Delphi forum. It is definitely missing details, but I am uploading what I have so far to comply with FRC start build rules. If anyone is interested I would be willing to post the final version when we finish it. The the sides of the drop models are now made of 1/8"thick plastic backed by a 1/8' piece of aluminum and are coincident to the sides of the KOP chassis. This should help prevent twisting and side loads one the pneumatic cylinder. The tan stuff is birch plywood assembled in team 4183 style. The center omni-wheel see-saw mechanism is to high. I don't really know what I should do to fix it.
