I have made the drawing in FreeCAD. The dimensions are as close as I could get to measure them. Given I have already glued mine, I had to rely on measuring dimensions using pixels. Even though the dimensions aren't perfectly accurate, I still believe no major alteration is necessary, and you could get it to fit by some filing. The fabrication process is going to be the most tricky, and an average FDM 3D printer is probably not good enough.
