From desk to CAD recreating a Tablet Stand in SOLIDWORKS · 模型 49301
Starting with a tablet stand on my desk, I decided to reproduce it in CAD, modifying some features to turn it into a practical exercise. During this work, I focused primarily on: • modeling the parts and fully defining the geometry • managing and optimizing simple and advanced fits • using interference detection in assemblies • studying the mechanism's motion • final rendering of the product (SOLIDWORKS Visualize) In the video, I also demonstrate a feature I find very useful in SOLIDWORKS assemblies: temporarily fixing a group of components, which is very convenient for facilitating the positioning of other elements. I'm curious to know what you think of the workflow, the assemblies, and the final rendering of the project.
