Electric Go-Kart Front Wheel And Wheel Hub Assembly. After completing the Chassis we started working on the Steering Mechanism along with the Front Wheel and Wheel Hub Assembly. These Wheel Hubs are modeled and designed in Solidworks and then drawn in 2D drafting. Then We started the Fabrication process. We chose a solid shaft of Dia approximately 65 mm and started doing Lathe operations to make the hub as shown in the figure. We choose a 5 mm thickness plate for the four-side support and welded it with the Hub. The final Wheel Hub can be seen in the Photo.
