This is a model of the FrSky Hall effect gimbal as used (or available as an upgrade) in their X9D and X9D Plus RC controllers. The specific model of gimbal is included in the folder name for the model files. It also used to be in the project name, and in this description, but having it there triggered a “tainted model” tag for the model and prevented it from being found by a search. From what I have read in some forums it seems likely it is because those two letters can also refer to a type of device that is not permitted on this site, although there absolutely no link between the subject of my model and the type of device they are concerned with. Sorry for the vagueness, but if I make this text more specific I end up back with the “tainted” tag. Just check the folder name if you want to know which model of gimbal this is. I built the model to use as part of another project so the interface points should be accurate. The rest of the model includes all of the components, and dimensions should be close. The model includes the following component models produced by others. See the acknowledgments txt file for links to the original models : 1. M95 Bearing by Pedro Vitor (grabcad) 2. 90380A011, 90380A014,90380A261, 90485A439 Screws (McMaster Carr) 3. M4-L=3 setscrew from DIN 913-ISO 4026 Set Screws by Huseyin Celik (grabcad) The SLDASM and SLDPRT files are in SOLIDWORKS for Makers, so will not open in the regular version of SW. Also includes a STP export.
