Printed Parts for FTC swerve drive. 3M pulley is half. Halves are fastened with 6mm long M2 screws and locknuts. Printed with .2mm nozzle and appropriate material. The frame has been tested with a lot of materials. AMS compatible TPU has worked the best so far. Most parts are available from Gobilda or McMaster-Carr. The servo is an Axon Max. the Mini would require a modified mount. Axon servos have a 4th wire that is an analog absolute position needed for the steering. The Colson wheels were acquired from vex for the 1/2" hex bore. The drive axle bearings are a standard metric bearing just as the 135-3m-09 is a standard HTD belt. Low profile head screws or button head screws are required for the motor to motor mounts, and the gear to Gotube to prevent head interference. The servo mount model has a mirrored configuration for which side the tail of the servo protrudes from. Source code for FTC is at https://github.com/FTC22526GearGrinders/FTCSwerveDriveCode
