Functional Pallet Jack Scale Model (1:15) – 3D Printable This 3D model was created as part of a university project for the course Rapid Prototyping Techniques. It’s a fully functional 1:15 scale model of a pallet jack, designed in Autodesk Fusion 360 and optimized for FDM 3D printing. The model replicates the real-life lifting mechanism using printed and metal components (bearings, screws, shafts), allowing it to operate just like the original pallet jack. Two design versions were developed (V1 and V2), with V2 featuring an improved lifting mechanism based on a ball bearing system for smoother motion. Printed using ASA filament on a Zortrax M300, this project demonstrates the practical use of CAD design and 3D printing in functional prototyping. All parts are ready for printing and assembly.
